Caleb Ward is originally from the small town of Sandy Creek in Upstate New York. After his service in the Military, he transitioned to Cincinnati, where he pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati Although he didn't have a concrete career path in mind, his time in the Marine Corps had instilled a deep-rooted passion for leadership and assisting others in reaching their goals in him.
After graduation, he gained tremendous experience in the sales and marketing industry while working at a start-up in the area. After some time, Caleb decided to launch Elevate Cinci, cultivating an environment that recognizes individuals for their efforts and focuses heavily on both personal growth and professional development. Beyond personal success, Caleb's vision encompasses creating opportunities not just for himself and his family but for others as well.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys quality time with family, exploring new places, indulging his passion for diverse culinary experiences as a foodie, and spending time with his beloved canine companion, Ellie.
Originally from Monroe, Ohio, Maggie spent her early years in a rural part of the state. In high school, she eagerly looked forward to leaving her small hometown behind. Her journey led her to Cincinnati, where she initially pursued nursing at the University of Mount St. Joseph.
Halfway through her studies, Maggie realized nursing wasn't her true calling and decided to take a break from school. During this time, she worked as a bartender while exploring new career opportunities. It was then that Maggie discovered Elevate Cinci, drawn in by the company's vibrant environment and promising growth prospects.
Excited about her future with Elevate, Maggie is currently working towards a management position where she can support others in their growth and development, much like her own journey. Outside of work, she enjoys the great outdoors with her two dogs and has a passion for trying new experiences.
